After a successful career in corporate America—as a CPA and later a top-performing sales executive, Suzanne is channeling her passion for real estate and design into a new venture: providing home refresh and interior update services along Florida’s Emerald Coast. Having owned, improved, and sold multiple properties across the Panhandle, Suzanne saw firsthand the opportunity for strategic, cost-effective updates that increase both property value and rental income. With a strong foundation in finance and a deep understanding of return on investment, Suzanne brings a business-minded approach to helping homeowners elevate their spaces with purpose and impact.
Jenny Lewis
Jenny is a lifelong resident of the Emerald Coast with over 10 years of property management experience. This unique experience has given Jenny a keen eye for what makes a property stand out, whether it’s for attracting top dollar on the market or creating a sought-after short-term rental. Jenny specializes in staging homes, interior decorating and knows how to make intentional, impactful changes that elevate a property’s aesthetic and value.
